Remit keys on the activation date, charged on the handover date. They differ for a stretch of July because the increase was absorbed rather than passed straight on. The 26 July boundary is inferred from the SASA ledger — worth confirming.

By merchant

Slowest first. A median off two or three sales is noise, which is what the threshold is for. Gave back counts handsets retrieved unsold and reissued to someone else — it comes from the ledger, because the handset itself has moved on to whoever holds it now.

WATU releases new stock against activations, not distributions, so a handset sitting unsold with a merchant is holding up the next delivery. Anything past 14 days is listed here, oldest first.

Every IMEI here passes a check-digit test — including a second IMEI scanned into the first column by mistake. Nothing can detect that, because IMEI2 is a valid IMEI. Capturing both numbers is the actual protection: a later scan of either barcode then finds the right handset.

For the week the spreadsheet and Qhuba run side by side. Upload the current tracker export and this compares it handset by handset, then answers whether the sheet still knows something Qhuba does not. The comparison itself writes nothing. The one thing it can apply is a handset the sheet says changed merchant — and only the ones you tick, one at a time.

Rebuilds the barcode sticker for a box whose original is damaged, so the handset can still be activated. Print it at 100% scale — "fit to page" shrinks the bars below the width a scanner can read. Check every printed barcode with a scanner before it goes out.

Before you print

The EAN identifies the product, not the handset — every box of the same variant carries the same one. It is stored per variant in config/watu_labels.json; copy it off an undamaged box of the same model before adding a variant.
IMEI 2 is not in the tracker for any handset yet, so it has to come off the device — dial *#06# on the handset, or read the remaining legible barcode. A label with only IMEI 1 still activates.
Luhn catches a mistyped IMEI but cannot tell an IMEI 2 typed into the IMEI 1 box from a real IMEI 1. Check the number against the handset, not just against the green tick.
